At Doune & Dunblane Cricket, we offer the Junior Playing formats introduced by Cricket Scotland in 2018. These formats provide an exceptional playing and learning experience for boys and girls in the formative years of their cricket journey.

Based on overwhelming research from Cricket Australia, these age/stage-appropriate formats have proven to offer vastly improved experiences for children, resulting in more fun, more action, and better skills development.

We are proud to offer our young cricketers a pathway that is designed to meet their specific developmental needs. By utilising these formats, we ensure that our players have access to the best possible opportunities to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

This year we have organised cricket matches with local clubs as we try to find our feet as a new cricket team.  We are keen for everyone to try cricket so come along and give it a go.  We think you will be surprised how much you will enjoy it!  All ages and experiences warmly welcomed!
